Lowers blood sugar in type 2 diabetes.
How to take it
- Prescription medicine: take it exactly as your doctor or pharmacist told you.
- Swallow once a day with water.
- Drink enough water.
When to take it
Take it in the morning, at the same time each day.
Take it with
With or without food.
What to avoid
- Becoming dehydrated.
- Poor hygiene of the genital area.
- Tell your doctor if you are ill and not eating or drinking, or before surgery.
Possible side effects
Passing more urine, genital thrush, urinary infection.
