What it is for
Thins and loosens thick mucus in chesty coughs.
How to take it
Drink plenty of fluids.
When to take it
Take it 2 to 3 times a day, after meals.
Take it with
After meals.
What to avoid
- Tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers or severe liver or kidney problems.
- Using it for more than a week without advice.
Possible side effects
Nausea, stomach upset, dry mouth, mild rash.

Rash, blistering skin, or a cough lasting more than 2 weeks: see a doctor.
